For the past 27 years, we have been building the most energy-efficient homes in the Metro East. As times change, we work to be able to provide the most homes available to the area. Being in the same community as a large Scott Air Force Base, we have grown to learn the best ways to provide for those families.

If you are relocating from another base, odds are you are unfamiliar with the area. Our team works with you to help understand your new community and find the best spot for your home. We are fortunate enough to be allowed to build in so many locations close to the base. By having access to top communities in St. Clair County, we get to provide you with not only a quality built home but also peace of mind knowing your children get to be in some of the top schools and you have a short commute to base. These locations are home to many other military families, like yourself. C. A. Jones Inc. has had the honor of working with many military families relocating to the area, helping our team become educated in what is best for you.

 Relocating can be stressful for your family. But we have worked with many families coming from all over the world (Germany, Italy, Africa), to help them find the right home. If you live out of the area, we work in many different ways to provide you with the right support. Whether it be long phone calls answering all your questions, or FaceTime with you walking you through a home, or picking out colors, we have done it. This is your home, and we provide all the tools and resources to ensure you are a part of the process. You will have peace of mind knowing that whenever you are moving to our area, your home will be here for you!
