Carpentry Superintendent
"As a superintendent, I can take a house from beginning to end of the production and help out with the final walk-through at closing. As the in-house carpenter, I trim out the houses by installing the trim packages and cabinetry. Plus, I handle the additions to existing spec homes for the new buyers.
As the Warranty Superintendent, I take care of the service calls for repairs and assist with any questions that a home buyer may have about maintenance on the home. I like that everyday, I have the chance and experience for building a house for our first time home buyers and for the families that are ready for a change of residency in one of our beautiful new homes."
